I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password as follows:

1. Open Thinkproject Academy at https://customer.academy.thinkproject.com/.
   
   
   
2. Click on Forgot login details
   
   
   
3. Enter your email address or username.
   
   
   
4. Confirm your entry by clicking Send.
   
   
   
5. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address.
   
6. Click on the link in the email that says Reset password.
   
   
7. Enter a new password twice.
   
   
   
8. Confirm the entry by clicking Change.
   

At the bottom right, the operation of changing password is confirmed.
