The purpose of this article is to explain how a Superuser can reset an existing User’s password and how to assist a new User with setting up their password, should they not be able to locate their activation email.

Firstly, locate the User from the list and select the pencil icon to enter their profile.
Within their profile, open the Access & Security menu and select the Send Reset Password Email:
This will send an automated email to the User containing a link to reset their password.
Firstly, click on the pencil icon next to the relevant User from the User list to enter their profile.
Within the User's profile, open the Access & Security menu and select the Send Set Password Email. This will resend the activation email to the User, containing their Username and a link to set up their password.
If a User requires their security questions to be reset, you can do this within the Access & Security menu of the User's profile by selecting Reset Security Questions. When the User next logs in, they will instead be prompted to recreate their answers.
When the User next logs into their profile, they shall be prompted to re-create their security questions and answers.
