This guide provides an overview of how thresholds work within CEMAR.
The following illustrates the use of both admin panels, which are only available to Superusers.
In order to view and amend a User's thresholds, navigate to the Users tab, where you will be displayed with a list of all Users currently attached to the contract. The list is split between active and inactive Users.
You can amend a User's thresholds by selecting the blue Edit button on the right-hand side of the screen where you will then be displayed with the below pop-out box:
This allows you to set a limit on the financial and day impact the User has against compensation events (CE), quotations and Task Orders (TO).
For example, you could assign them a limit of £5000 and a 14 day Completion Date impact, however, should the User wish to progress an event above these thresholds, they would not be able to without further approval.
In order to amend a User's thresholds within the CEMAR Admin Panel, select the contract in which you wish to amend the User's details, and then navigate to the Users tab. From here, select the pencil icon:
You may then amend the User's thresholds by selecting these from the drop-down list:
Any changes made will be highlighted green.
If you are making the same change for several Users on a contract, you can use the Push To Selection(s) tool bar. If you choose to do this, input the required changes into the drop-down lists and then select the Users you wish to push these changes to:
Once you are happy with your amendments, select Verify followed by Submit.
