The purpose of this article is to provide an overview on the Team Member Details report.
Certain actions may be unavailable if you do not have the appropriate permissions. Please speak with your Superuser if this is the case.
In order to access the Team Member Details report, navigate to the left-hand expandable menu and select Admin followed by Team Member Details:
This will then display all Users (arranged by Party i.e. Employer/Contractor) who are assigned to the contract:
Above the list of Users, the named manager for each Party and, if applicable, any additional key roles will also be shown (e.g. Supervisor / Employer's Agent, etc):
To display the details for a specific User, simply click on their name. Their contact details will then be shown, along with the assigned role for the chosen contract:
*Please note - The User details cannot be amended via this module, it is for information purposes only. In this instance you may wish to contact the appropriate Superuser who is able to amend User's details via the client administration panel.
