The purpose of this article is to show how you can create new frameworks, sites, divisions and categories within the CEMAR Admin Panel, for use against your contracts.
Frameworks, sites, divisions and categories can be associated to your contracts, and can be used to filter them down.
This is then reflected against the contract, and can be used to search in the admin panel or CEMAR Analytics.
Your ability to access specific contracts can be impacted by the admin rights you have been granted, please review this before proceeding by navigating to your profile in the Admin Panel – Access & Security.
- If you are a Contract Admin with access restricted to specific contracts, you will only be able to access contracts where you have been allocated Admin Rights for
- Changes can only be made where you Contract Access Level is Full Access
If you are unable to complete this admin task due to not having access, please speak to your organisation admins or contact thinkproject support.
Within the admin panel, as a user with Organisation Admin rights, navigate to the My Organisation tab:
Within here you will be able to view all categories, frameworks, divisions and sites:
From here, you may edit any of the existing items by selecting the pencil icon:
To edit any frameworks, you will firstly need to select the three dots, followed by Edit:
Once you have made any amendments, select Update:
Followed by the save icon in the top-right corner:
As per the previous step, you’ll need to navigate to the My Organisation tab of the admin panel.
For each section you will see a + icon. Select this to add a new category group/category/framework/division/site:
You will then be prompted to enter its name. Once done, select Add:
Once you have created your category group, you will then be able to add categories to sit within the group:
You are able to add child frameworks by expanding the framework from the list and selecting Add Child Framework:
Additionally, when adding a framework / child framework, you are able to select whether you wish for it to be active or not:
You are also able to make existing frameworks inactive by selecting the edit button:
You are able to filter by sites, frameworks, divisions and categories within CEMAR Analytics within the Filter By... section:
Once you have created a framework, site, division or category which you’d like to associate with a contract, locate the contract within the Contracts tab and then select the pencil icon to edit:
In the Basic Details tab, navigate to the Associations section and select the pencil icon:
You will then be presented with the below pop-up box. Within here you are able to use the free text field to search for the appropriate association(s) that you wish to associate your contract to, or you may wish to expand the sections within and utilise the tick boxes:
Once done, select Update.
The associations will then be displayed. Please ensure to select the save icon to save any changes made:
