Contacting a Superuser

The purpose of this article is to explain how to contact a Superuser.

Should you require any administration to be carried out on a contract, e.g. having your role or permissions changed, adding a User to a contract, removing a User from a contract, these are actions that can be actioned by your Superuser via the client administration panel.

You can contact a Superuser by entering a contract from the My Contracts page. Within here, navigate to the left-hand expandable menu and select Support, followed by Contact My Superuser:

You will then be displayed with a list of all Superusers within your environment, along with their appropriate contact details.
