If new user accounts have been created or a an existing user requires a new password to their account, this can be done under "User" in the navigation menu. Select all relevant users by clicking on the checkboxes next to the name and then select 'Password Recovery' from the menu at the bottom of the page. Once selected, click on 'Execute' to proceed:
You will then have the option to 'Send password link' or 'Send login and password link' - login refers to Username.
In the drop-down menu, you can choose for which area of Conclude you are resetting this User's password - default is Conclude CDE.
Click 'Execute'.
The User will then get an email containing the password reset link - they will get a separate email containing their login if you select this option.
