After choosing the workflow module, you will immediately be shown your open workflow tasks.
Workflow tasks can be edited individually by clicking on the title.
If you have marked several workflow tasks with a check mark, you can use the multiple processing button to access a separate page on which the selected workflow tasks can be edited.
Click on the workflow title to access the detail page of the workflow task.
The detail page of a workflow task consists of three sections:
- General information
Contains the basic information on the task. There you also make your entries regarding the action to be taken and give a comment if necessary. - Task history
Here you will find the previous comments of the previous examiners. - Attached files
Here you will find all the files that were linked to the task. These are divided into related files and added files (added during the task process). This is where you can also upload new versions of the files.
Click on in the upper right-hand corner to see the general workflow sequence or to see the workflow history of the selected workflow.
After you have reviewed the file and made any updates (modifications, comments, etc), choose an option from the drop-down menu under "Action" in the top part of the detail page:
After you have selected the appropriate option click on «Save» at the bottom of the page to complete the task!

Once the Multi Processing page for the selected workflows appears, select the "Action" for each workflow from the option in the drop-down menu.
As soon as you choose an action, you have the opportunity to enter a comment a well.
Use the button next to the action, to quickly apply the selected action of one workflow to all workflows on the page:
Once all Actions have been entered, click «Save» at the bottom of the page to execute!
