The purpose of this article is to explain how a user can send a drawing which has been uploaded in the project room to a blueprint service.
Click the triangle next to the envelope of the drawing that you would like to send a blueprint order for and then select Blueprint Order.
The input will window open. Fill in all the necessary information and then click on Send at the bottom right.

If you are not able to select Blueprint Order and this has been provided in your Project room, then you will have to contact your Project Manager, as they will decide if you can be given the right to request Blueprints. Either the Project Manager can then give you the rights, or this will have to be requested via the Project Manager to us to complete. If the Blueprint Order Document Type has not been created for your Project Room, you will also have to contact your Project Manager to see if this is something your Project Manager wishes to have.
You can usually find contact information for your Project Manger in the Information Box at the top of the screen in a project room.
If you want to send several drawings at once, then first select the drawings and then click on Actions in the action bar at the top and then on Blueprint Order.
The input window opens. Now fill in all the required information for each drawing.
You can edit each drawing individually by ticking just one drawing in front and clicking on the pen & paper icon of the drawing.
If you want to edit several drawings at the same time, select them with a tick at the front and select one of the pen symbols of the selected drawings
The note Selected composed documents copy this value refers to the drawings that you have selected on in the input mask. If, for example, you have selected three out of four drawings in the input mask, then the changes that you have made in a field with the note Selected composed documents copy this value will be applied to all three selected drawings.
After you have made the changes, click on Save input in the upper left and finally on Send.

Thinkproject do not provide a Blueprint Service. If your Project room requires a Blueprint service, you will have to arrange this externally. The Company you have chosen and made arrangements with, will then have the be Registered as a User, so we can add them accordingly to the Project room.
