The purpose of this article is to explain how a user with Contract Admin rights can create a Task Order (TO) Price List within the CEMAR Admin Panel.
Your ability to access specific contracts can be impacted by the admin rights you have been granted, please review this before proceeding by navigating to your profile in the Admin Panel – Access & Security.
- If you are a Contract Admin with access restricted to specific contracts, you will only be able to access contracts where you have been allocated Admin Rights for
- Changes can only be made where you Contract Access Level is Full Access
If you are unable to complete this admin task due to not having access, please speak to your organisation admins or contact thinkproject support.

Task Order Price List
The below article is based upon the NEC3_TSC Contract type and the terminology reflects this. Certain actions may be unavailable if you do not have the appropriate permissions. Please speak with your Superuser if this is the case.
Firstly, open the Contract and navigate to the Events tab:
Within here, select Task Orders:
To add a Price List group, select the + icon:
You can then rename your new price list group by clicking on the 3 dots and selecting Rename:
To add a price list item within the newly created group, you will firstly need to select the save icon in the top-right corner.
Once saved, create a price list item by selecting the group from the drop-down, and then select the + icon:
You will then be presented with a pop-up box whereby you can enter the details of the price list item. Once done, select Add:
Please note, if the TO Price List Item has a padlock next to the name, it means that it has been referenced in the contract and therefore cannot be amended or deleted.
