Creating a Document Review Process

The purpose of this article is to explore how to create a document review process.

Documents uploaded can be set to follow predefined workflows for review. Uploading the document to the folder will automatically start the workflow that has been set up against that folder.

To create a review process:

  1. Navigate to the Documents module
  2. Click the Config Reviews tab

 

Note

All the folders for the project will be displayed as well as their corresponding review process (ex: Contractor review, Client review, etc.). A folder without a document review process attached will have the option No review set displayed next to it

 

3. Click the Advanced Configuration icon

4. Click New Review Process

5. Enter a name for your new review process

6. Select the Roles & Groups who can access this new review process

7. Click Save upon completion

8. Now you'll need to add steps to your document review process.
