The purpose of this article is to explain how to copy or move a Document.
It is possible to move a document from one folder to another either to move the file placed in error or to move to a folder with different project characteristics:
- Go to Documents
- Select the folder containing the document you want to copy or move
- Drag the document from the original folder to the target folder
- Depending on the folder settings, possible actions are:
- Move - it moves the document from the original folder to the target folder
- Move and change - it moves the documents from the original folder to the target folder and changes the workflow route according to the property of the target folder
- Copy - it copies the document from the original folder to the target folder
- Copy and change - it copies the documents from the original folder to the target folder and changes the workflow route according to the property of the target folder
