Filter a Model by Objects

The purpose of this article is to explain how to filter a model using objects. It allows users to isolate objects of a specific type (i.e. chiller, door, ventilation system, etc.)

1. Open the desired project
2. Click Models
3. Navigate and open the desired model(s)
4. Select an object on your model (i.e. a window, a wall, etc.)
5. Select the eye icon next to the object property (for i.e. a category):
   
   
   • When the eye icon is GREEN, only objects matching this property will be displayed:
     
     
     
     
   • When the eye icon is RED, only objects matching this property will be hidden:
     
     
     
     
   • When the eye icon is GREY, no filter is applied against this property.
