The purpose of this article is to explain how to save observations searches.
Save Observations searches so that you can use them again and save time accessing your relevant information.
- Click Observations
- Expand the Menu panel
- Create your search by entering search criteria as required.
The options include:- Issuers
- Phases/Types
- Dates
- Status
- Categories (i.e. Assigned company, position...)
- Customise the results layout as required
- Click Save upon completion
- Enter a name and click Save
In the future, when visiting the Observations module, the Saved Searches will appear in the drop-down menu for re-use.
