The purpose of this article is to explain how to edit user group rights and permissions.
Within each project, administrators can update the ‘feature’ type capabilities for each user group from those copied from the template. These are managed within 2 areas:
Group Rights (These are older permissions carried over from the legacy platform)
- Go to Admin.
- Select the tab Rights.
- The Groups are displayed and the permissions listed.
- To enable a permission select the field adjacent to the right and Group.
The second way to edit user permissions is
- Go to Set up.
- Select the menu option ACL.
- The Groups are displayed and the permissions listed.
- To enable a permission select the field adjacent to the right and Group.
