The purpose of this article is to explain how to configure document reviews.
Documents cat the point of publishing can be sent through a review process of pre-defined steps.
To configure Reviews.
- Go to Documents.
- Select the tab Configure Reviews. (Permission 1268 - can configure Review processes.)
- Choose the cog icon to the top right hand corner of the screen.
From the resulting window;
- Choose New Review Process to add one.
- Provide a name and choose the groups that have visibility.
- Save.
- From the drop down select the Review
- Add the step(s) of the review including Name duration and access permissions.
- Save
