Configure Document Reviews

The purpose of this article is to explain how to configure document reviews.

Documents cat the point of publishing can be sent through a review process of pre-defined steps.

To configure Reviews.

  • Go to Documents.
  • Select the tab Configure Reviews. (Permission 1268 - can configure Review processes.)
  • Choose the cog icon to the top right hand corner of the screen.

From the resulting window;

  • Choose New Review Process to add one.
  • Provide a name and choose the groups that have visibility.
  • Save.

  • From the drop down select the Review
  • Add the step(s) of the review including Name duration and access permissions.
  • Save
