Add a Document Review Process to a folder

The purpose of this article is to explain how to add a document review to a folder. 

Files published to a folder can be initiated to a defined workflow.

In order to allow this the folder itself needs to have the workflow set.

  • Go to Documents
  • Go to the Settings icon.


  • From the resulting pop up window.
  • select the Configuration tab.
  • From the drop down select the Workflow you wish to apply to this folder.
  • Also if you want to force the naming convention selected - select Yes against the flag for Force a Naming Convention.
