Archive Observation Templates

The purpose of this article is to explain how to archive observation templates. 

Review and archive observation templates when they are no longer needed.
Use this tool:
  • To retire old observation template
  • If observation template are obsolete
  • If you created a template in error

To review and archive observations templates:

  1. Click Models & Plans
  2. Click the relevant Model/Plan Assembly you wish to review the observations templates against.

  3. Click control_form_cog.png to access the Tools section
  4. Click Observations Templates

  5. Click Manage existing templates

  6. Select one or multiple templates:
    • holding down the CTRL (PC) or Command (Mac) key for random selections
    • holding down the SHIFT key for block section
  7. Click Archive Selection

Note

Use Archive All if you want to archive all the observation template in one go
