Manage User Permissions on Control Form Fields

By default, if users have access to a Control Form, they have permission to view & edit all the corresponding fields.

You may need to restrict the fields users can view and/or edit though.

To manage who can view a specific control form field:

  1. Click Control Forms
  2. Select the Control Form you wish to manage permissions for
  3. Click the control_form_edit_pencil.png icon

  4. Click the Lines tab
  5. Click the control_form_cog.png icon next to the Field you want to manage

  6. Click the Visibility tab
  7. Select the specific user groups who should be able to view this Field on the Control Form
  8. Click Save upon completion, or visit the next required tab

  9. Click the Edition tab if you want to manage who can edit a specific control form field
  10. Select the specific user groups who should be able to view this Field on the Control Form
  11. Click Save upon completion, or visit the next required tab

Note

If NO groups are selected, then ALL user groups can view this field.
