The purpose of this article is to explain how to manage user permissions on control forms.
Once your control form is completed, you can set up the user permissions to manage who can view this control form.
- Click Control Forms
- Select the Control Form you wish to manage permissions for
- Click the icon
- Click the Groups tab
- Check the groups who can have access to the form
- Click Save upon completion
By default, if you can view a Control Form in the Library tab, it means you can create a new instance of it. If required, you can further restrict the ability to view and complete specific Form fields.
