How to manage project notification settings?

The purpose of this article is to explain how to manage project notification settings. 

In Kairnial, notification emails (or email alerts) are sent automatically depending on the project settings, Users can receive the following notification types:

  • New documents
  • Documents awaiting your review
  • Reviewed documents
  • Overdue documents awaiting your review

Discover how to make sure that project notifications are properly set up:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In Project Email Notifications, make sure that the option Enable email notifications for this project is activated


  3. Click Documents
  4. Mouse over the desired folder and click the cog_icon_document.png icon
  5. Click the ACL tab and click the mail_icon_document.png icon to activate project notification against the corresponding Roles & Groups
