How to Start a Workflow

Workflows can only be started with a file that has already been uploaded to the system. Once the file has been uploaded, there are two ways to start a workflow:

1) in the "Files"-Module

2) in the Workflow-Module

Files Module

In the module files, locate the file you would like to start a workflow with and then select the file by checking the box in front of the filename.

Next, select "Start Workflow" from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page and click «Execute».mceclip0.png

On the next page select the name of the workflow to start from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Only workflows to which you have access rights will be shown in the menu.mceclip2.png
