Contract Dashboard

The purpose of this article is to explain the Contract Dashboard which is available within each of your contracts in CEMAR.

To access your Contract Dashboard, select the below highlighted icon from within your contract:

You will then be taken to your dashboard:

The dashboard is split into five sections; due dates which have been discussed or extended, actions assigned to you, contract dates, replies due by, and price change. Each of these sections will be explained throughout this article.

Due dates discussed or extended

This area of the dashboard will display how many events on your contract have been discussed or extended. You can view these by selecting View all, View Project Manager, or View Contractor, depending on who's discussions/extensions you wish to view:

In the below example, I have selected View all, and as you can see from the filters, this has automatically selected both Parties, however, you can alter these filtering options if you wish:

Actions assigned to you

Within the Actions assigned to you section, you are able to see the number of actions that you have been assigned, and you are able to view only your actions, or all actions for all Users on the contract:

Selecting either option will present you with a side-menu which will display events which have an action assigned. You are able to use the free text field at the top of the menu to search for a specific event reference, and you can also filter by option and completed actions, by reminder type, and by User:

To mark an action as complete, select the tick box adjacent to the action:

Alternatively, if you select anywhere on the line for that assigned action, you will be presented with a pop-up menu at the bottom of the screen, where you can mark the action as complete from:

Any completed actions will automatically be moved to the bottom of the list and will appear greyed out and struck through (unless you do not have completed actions switched on as a filtering option), and you can unmark the action as complete via either of the same methods mentioned previously:

For guidance on how to assign an action on an event, please view our Assigning Actions help article.

Contract Dates

Within the below section, you are able to view your contract dates. Initially, you are able to see the current Completion Date, and current planned Completion Date, along with how many days the contract has been impacted by (e.g. via the implementation of a CE or Programme).

However, if you select View timeline, this will display a pop-up window which displays the contract dates in a timeline format:

Replies due by

The Replies due by section of the Dashboard will filter your events based on when they are due by. These 6 categories are highlighted below:

You are able to select each of these which will then display a side-menu, presenting all events which fit into that group. For example, in the below example I have selected all events in which a reply is due in the next 7 days:

Within this section, you can also filter by Date and Party by selecting from the filtering options available:

Price change

Within the Price change section, you are able to view a breakdown of any price changes to your contract:

Alternatively, you can select the Chart filter to view this in a chart format if you wish:

Please note, if the price change in your contract is a negative value, the chart will not display and you will be presented with a message to explain this:
